Schedule of classes

Classes will work from Monday to Friday between 8.40 am and 3.30 pm Students will be counted tardy after 8.40 am.

Saturday will be a half working day for Grade Classes (extra-curricular activities)

School office will function from

Monday-Saturday between 8.30 am – 4.00 pm only parents/ nominated guardians may contact the office for information regarding their wards.

Payments for fees and other obligations are due in the office on the date informed.

Tardiness

Parents must escort their child into school, if they are not in their class room by 8.40 am parents are requested to sign in the tardy register with reason, maintained in the office. Tardiness is a disruption to the class-room and for the student.

Guidelines to Student Behaviour

Guidelines to the Parents / Guardians

Parents are requested to co-operate with the school authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline on their children.
Parents are requested to remain regularly in touch with day- today studies of the child.
Parents are requested to check the school almanac and take note of and sign any remarks made in the almanac.
Parents /Guardians are requested to take prior appointments to meet the teachers, so that the classes are not disturbed.
If students need to be contacted during the school time this should be done through the office of the principal.
Any type of injury on school premises will be reported to the parents, regardless of the nature or extent of the injury.
If it is determined that the students is too ill or injured to remain at school the parents/ guardian or designated emergency contact will be notified immediately and he/she needs to be picked up as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that young children need sufficient rest before returning to school, especially when your child has a fever or contracted contagious conditions.
Communications to the class-teacher can be made through the almanac.
Parents or Guardians are requested to notify the school of any change in address or in contact number.
All queries regarding uniform, books, ID-cards etc are to be made at the school office.
Please bear in mind not to over stuff the lunch box of your ward or send junk food. Children must carry napkin along with the spoon in their lunch bag.
Parents/ Guardians may respectfully express their concerns about the school operation and its personnel; however, they may not do so in manner that is discourteous, rumour driven, disruptive, threatening, hostile or divisive.
Please say good-bye to your child outside the class room. So as not to disturb the other children.
